Terms and Conditions – 366win Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 366win platform in any way — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 366win. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which should also be read before you begin using the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use 366win, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 366win is strictly an adult platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds will be returned minus applicable fees.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active account on the platform. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 366win.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account with 366win, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information the platform requests during registration or subsequent verification processes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may only hold a single account on 366win. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings or balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately. 366win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a player's failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Verification

366win may request documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any point. Standard documents requested may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill for address confirmation, or a screenshot of the payment account used for deposits. Failure to provide verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and held withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

366win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases, though payment network delays may occasionally cause brief processing times.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that applies to all accounts. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass identity verification. This is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals unless your account details change. Withdrawal requests submitted while verification is pending will be queued and released once verification is complete.

Currency

All transactions on 366win are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform. If your bank or mobile wallet applies its own fees, those are outside 366win's control.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 366win — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside the relevant betting market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet is accepted and binding from the moment you receive a confirmation on screen. We cannot reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date, if there was a clear and obvious error in the odds display, or if the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical issue on our end.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply per market and are shown before you confirm a bet. These limits exist to manage platform risk and may change without notice for individual accounts in cases of identified abuse.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability. In-play odds reflect real-time match conditions. Any delay between a match event and the time your bet is accepted is accounted for by the platform's in-play risk management system.
• Cricket and PSL markets follow standard cricket betting rules. In the case of rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are treated as official results unless stated otherwise for a specific market.
• Errors in odds: In the event of a manifest error — where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault and do not reflect the genuine market — 366win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This decision is made at 366win's sole discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

366win offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and bingo-specific promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms which will be clearly presented when the offer is made available to you.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements indicate how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, bingo, and casino games may carry different contribution percentages — these are shown in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff or other players via any support or chat channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

8. Privacy and Data

10. Limitation of Liability

• Bets voided due to genuine manifest errors in odds display.

366win will always endeavour to maintain platform uptime and accurate odds, particularly during major cricket events such as PSL matches and international T20 series. Where an outage or error causes a confirmed bet to be voided, the stake will be returned in full.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

366win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or unrelated reasons, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method on record.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal following standard verification procedures.

12. Changes to These Terms
